Safe Environment In awareness of all the sexual abuse allegations evolving around the Catholic Churches and Diocese, a proactive approach will be taken. The St. Cloud Diocese has made a decision making it mandatory that every 5 years a new criminal background check has to be done for all employees and volunteers working with children and vulnerable adults. Starting in 2012 we will start fresh and have everyone attend the training sessions and fill out the new updated forms provided by the St. Cloud Diocese. There will be three opportunities to get everyone up to par from this point forward. The first opportunity will be Monday, February 13th at 1:15 & 2:15 a session will be held at St. Joseph's School for support staff and faculty. The next opportunity will be Wednesday, February 8th at 6:00pm before Faith Formation at St. Michael's Church. The third opportunity will be at St. Joseph's Church after the 9:00 am mass in the Parish Center. At each of these sessions we will provide the proper training videos and the most current forms for criminal background checks available to us to be filled out immediately following the training session. I will be at each of the training sessions to gather all documents and have them sent to the St. Cloud Diocese. Faith Formation Grades K-10 will meet Wednesday, January 11th from 6:30-7:45 pm at St. Michael's Church

Pastoral & Finance Committee There will be a meeting for both committees Thursday, January 19th at the usual times and places.

Senior Citizen Meeting Tuesday, January 10th from 1:30-4:00pm.
